Our basic service covers engine oil and filter replacement (5W-30 fully synthetic), AC filter cleaning, air filter cleaning, wiper fluid replacement, interior vacuuming, coolant top-up, spark plug check and a full car wash. It is recommended every 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first.

The basic service covers routine maintenance — oil, filters, fluid top-ups and a wash. The comprehensive service adds scanning for fault codes, front brake pad and rear brake shoe servicing, wheel alignment, wheel balancing, gear oil top-up, throttle body cleaning and brake fluid top-up. Choose comprehensive if your car is due for deeper checks or has warning lights.

Weak or warm airflow is the most common AC complaint we see before and during summer. It is usually caused by low refrigerant gas, a blocked condenser or a failing compressor clutch. WhatsApp us with a short description — warm air, bad smell, hissing sound, etc. — and we will advise whether a basic gas top-up or a full AC inspection is needed.

Our basic AC package includes gas (refrigerant) refill, vent and filter cleaning, and a pressure check. The comprehensive AC package adds a vacuum leak test, condenser cleaning, evaporator inspection, dashboard vent temperature measurement and compressor clutch check. Pricing depends on the package and car model.

If cooling dropped gradually over two or more summers with no sudden failure, a gas top-up may be enough. If it stopped cooling suddenly or you needed a refill within the last 12–18 months, there is likely a leak. A full inspection finds the leak before refilling so the fix actually holds.

Our 9H ceramic coating comes with a 1-year warranty and includes free annual maintenance. The 10H graphene coating carries a 2-year warranty. Both protect against UV fading, water spots and light scratches and include full prep detailing before application.

Wax polishing takes around 2 hours. Rubbing & polishing and interior deep cleaning each take approximately 6 hours. Ceramic or graphene coating requires 1–2 full days because the paint prep and curing process needs time.

No. We share a clear breakdown before starting any work. If an inspection reveals an additional issue — for example a worn belt or low brake fluid — we explain it and wait for your approval before proceeding. You will never receive a surprise bill.

Yes. Basic and comprehensive service packages carry a 1,000 km post-service warranty. Ceramic coating carries a 1-year warranty and graphene coating a 2-year warranty. Contact us if any issue appears within the warranty period and we will address it.

Yes. We share photos and a service summary via WhatsApp so you know exactly what was done, what parts were replaced and what the readings were. Transparency is one of our core commitments.
